Title: Please help, 20% signal with 1Mb at 30'

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of a problem here, I have a DIR-655 and a DWA-552 and have followed the instructions in the sticky.  But I am getting only a 20% signal and 1Mb speed as reported from the router.  I can't get over 1MB/s transferring from my server to my HTPC (server is connected via 1Gb card and CAT6 cable), which is really weird since the router is only about 30 feet away.  Do you think it could be a defective router?  or maybe the DWA-552?  I appreciate all your help :)

Tried other channels by any chance?

i just put it on auto, what channel would you recommend?

None specific, just try them all.
