Title: slow picture transition

I am an AV installer and installed a DSM-520 into a customers home for the first time. Everything is ok except the photo slide show trasition. I have it set on 1 second and the first pic will come up and stay there unless I hit next manually. Even this takes about 10 seconds to respond. What the deal? I sure its an easy fix if you know the problem Thanks!

What media server program are you using? Are they high resolution images?
