Periodically my client will complain to me that the Voice Mail lights on the phones are not updating themselves. The light will be solid red, but there is no voice mail message.
Any ideas?

I had the same issue, and when I did backup and restore of my settings and restarted the base unit, the light went away.

I have also noted a scenario in which someone turns on the option to save messages to the phone from the Administrator or Assistant applications and the phone VM lights will not come on after a message is left.
I have found that a simple reboot of the phone affected resolves the issue.
