What are the technical differences between the DIR-615 Hardware Revision B and C?

Rev C ships with QoS feature.. While Rev B ships without, however, upgrading to the latest firmware for this revision will add this option.

So there are no changes or revsions to the physical chipset inside the router?

Do not hold your breath on the QoS in the DIR-615.  It is an extremely limited feature that only provides automatic QoS traffic shaping.  No rules can be set up of configured.  I my opinion, if you need true QoS, stay away from the 615.
