I was wondering if the DGL-4500 Dualband (2.4GHz or 5GHz) Wireless Technology is simultaneous like the DIR-855 Xtreme router? I'm shopping for a new pre-N router, and I am comparing these two routers together. They seem to have very similar features. What do you guys think??

No, it's not simultaneous.  2.4 OR 5.0, not both at the same time.

You have to get the dir-855 to do that.
