Title: ÕõÄäÖöÜü support

My native language is Estonian and therefore few folders and files have names containing letters such õäöü. Even if I would replace them by myself my wife won't - so herer's the problem:
backup skips those folders and files where those letters appear.
in some cases I'm unable to delete or modify those folders or files with include those letters.
I have few Gigas of space locked already - need some support for UTF-8 or any Baltic encoding.

You didn't mention which backup program you're using and how you are accessing the NAS- SMB, NSF etc...
