Which firmware is the most stable and has the least problems 1.04 or 1.05?

I would recommend going with 1.05.

I would not recommand 1.05. I switched to 1.05 and within a few days, I would get an email stating that both drives have failed. I would reset the entire 323, it would be fine for a few days and I would get the same error. I reverted back to 1.04 and everything was fine.

My drives are two Western Digital 500 Gb drives. Not sure if that has anything to do with it but those where the problems I had with 1.05.

I am using 1.05 and have had no problems at all.

I'm running three (3) DNS-323 with f/w 1.05; they're configured in RAID1 using D-Link tested Seagate 500GB HDD's ... rock solid.
