Hello -
I am having some problems with my DGL-4500. When going on xbox live, psn or wii on-line, the router works fine. But when someone goes on our main computer in the office, it drops the whoever is gaming on line at the time. For example, my son was playing on xbox live the other day, when my wife went to go on the computer to check her myspace. He was dropped from his match. It only seems to drop the gaming systems. I can be on my laptop wirelessly and her on the hard wired pc and we are fine. All three gaming systems are hard wired to a DGS-2208, which is tied into the DGL-4500 directly. Just updated to the firmware 1.02.
I am still learning how to network my house, so please forgive me as I will be asking a lot of questions.
Thanks in advance!

Do you have static IP's assigned to the computers and/or gaming systems on your network? There could be a possible IP Conflict

What is the serial number of your unit?

Yes. I do have static IP's for the consoles.
