Title: RTSP checkbox and Real Audio
Post by: rta53 on October 01, 2008, 05:37:45 AM
Maybe this issue has been reported before but after installing a new DIR-625 I no longer could stream Real Audio files. I didn't realize it was the router until I brought my laptop home from work and had the same issue as my desktop at home. After searching this issue with Goggle I found someone that had this same problem. In the ALG configuration the boxes are checked by default which would be expected, and this normally means a function is enabled. However in order to get Real Audio files to stream I had to uncheck the box. Is this just a bug or am I missing something here?

Did you open up RTSP Port 554 on your router?? If you did, then you would have to uncheck the RTSP ALG Checkbox to get it to work properly

Have not opened any ports. Router is just as it was out of the box. I will check when I get home today to see if that port is open.
