Title: Voice mail question

When a caller leaves a voice mail message, is there a way they can get back to the operator?


Example voicemail greeting:

I'm out of the office right now. Please leave me a message or if you need immediate assistance touch "???" to return to the receptionist.

Currently there is no way to get out of the voice mail once transfered there. That is something we will like to incorporate in the system in the future updates.
