Title: Park music volume
Post by: Carr on October 02, 2008, 12:48:43 PM
We are receiving complaints that the park music is too loud. Is there a way to adjust the volume?

Not sure of the RP side, but typically it is adjusted from the input device.

If you are using SP1 and the external audio port to bring the music in, you can change that in the Administrator on the Base Station tab under Properties/Configure Park Music.

Good luck!

I tried to adjust the volume and even plug in a external audio source with no luck. Can the Dlink DVX 2000MS not have external input?

Thanks

Yes.  It works just fine.

Are you sure you are plugged into the correct audio jack? It should be the second audio jack from the bottom of the base unit.
