Title: Slow Xbox Live

I have been very angry for the last month because every time i try and get on Call of Duty 4 I have a red connection. I know its my router. Because i have very fast internet while web browsing. I have tried everything pretty much. Forwarded Ports, DMZ, QoS. Someone Please help. My internet Speed is showing DL:2074, Upload:63. Those are both kbps.

63Kbps upload rate is VERY slow. Are you sure thats correct? Who is your ISP? Is that the rate they told you, you have?
If thats the case, yes web pages would load quickly, but a web page and a online game are too completely different things.
