Title: Cant Move Dview Window

I run a Duel (spelling) Monitor setup on my system, And the problem is that whenever i start the Dview application it starts on my primary monitor. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to move it to the secondary montor. Any Ideas? I can minimize the software, but cant move it? Whats up with that? no windowed setting?

Ok, if you find that you can't move this window, you can try altmove (http://www.softsea.com/review/AltMove-windows-mouse-manager.html), it can help you to resize and move windows.

Currently the software only supports single screen. Next version in the pipeline will remove that limitation and also add the ability to resize etc.
