Title: Share Port can only use on the network one at a time
Post by: jessper on October 08, 2008, 11:54:12 PM
Just want to know why only one PC can access the USB device (Flash Drive) at once which is connected to the USB port of the DIR-655 router. You still need to ask permission on the PC which is using the drive to disconnect first before the second computer can access the USB drive.  :)

Perhaps the future will bring a multiple user mode. For now, once connected to the USB drive I can't seem to disconnect the PC from the USB disk. Gotta spend some time to search and find the program that is keeping it hostage  ???

Yea, we know about it. It's a limitation of the current software set.
