Title: Shareport Questions

Just updated to v1.21 firmware DIR-655 for the shareport feature.

2 questions.

Is it OK to use a bus powered hard drive? (WD Passport 320G)

Can I use a powered USB hub and keep printer and external hard drive hooked up same time?

Just test if the buspowered USB disk works. Some reports show they do, but that depends on the required mW.

I have 7 port powered hub to connect 2 printers and a powered USB disk. They can be connected seperately on each PC.

I didn't want to plug a bus powered drive in and have it mess the port up. I do have a 5 port powered hub I will try tomorrow.
