Title: Wireless has completely stopped working 1.13
Post by: kRabbit on October 20, 2008, 12:57:34 PM
I haven't even had this router a month and the wifi has been reduced to nothing more than "Wireless link is up" and "Wireless link is resetting" over and over.  Now, I can't get my wireless NICs to even pic up the wireless router at all.

I decided that I would RMA the router through newegg, but they're unable to due to the UPC being missing from the box.  The same UPC that I sent to DLINK Rebate, who apparently couldn't find it in the tiny envelope.   >:(

kRabbit,

You can still call D-Link tech support at 877-453-5465 and have them troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, the technician will have to troubleshoot and confirm your router is indeed defective. Once it has been confirm by the technician you should be able to receive an RMA.
