I've tried Windows Media Player and Nero and a few other programs to stream media to my DSM510 and the ONLY one that works wicked good is TwonkyMedia Server. It works GREAT with NO issues. Not sure why it's such a secret, but try it out......I actually love my DLINK now, before I found the Twonky software I hated this thing and was ready to smash it....with no help from any of the forums or the Dlink site. Good luck all

This may be the wrong forum, but what is supposed to happen when you install the Twonky on the DSM-323? I tried installing it and it could not establish a telnet session to the 323. But if it had installed, then what?

I can recommend Windows Home Server. There is a free trial version available from Microsoft. I hooked up my 510 and it saw the server RIGHT away when I turned it on.
