Title: dsm520 and dns-323 not able to access folders
Post by: dt29332 on November 12, 2008, 10:07:35 PM
I have a dns-323 that hosts all my media files in the Volume_1 folder with 3 seperate folders labled Video, Pictures, and Music.  I can't get the dsm-520 to access the content when I set up my UPnP AV Server to root or Volume_1.  If I set it to Volume_1/Video I can see my movies but nothing else.  If I set it to anything else I get nothing.
What am I doing wrong?

I found a site that explains how to fix my problem. http://www.dlinkblogs.com/?bid=36 (http://www.dlinkblogs.com/?bid=36)
Apparently you have to have the right folder names for the 520 to recognize the 323 server.
Thank goodness there are plenty of forums out there on these products because D-links customer support is worthless!
