Just bought this switch secondhand, and it doesn't have the default username/password.  Is there any way to reset it?

Everything I've seen in the manual requires you to login before you can revert to factory defaults.

Help pls!

Your going to have to call in and have us reset it via an RMA.  The number is 1 877 354 6555.
