Title: Can we really play streaming live videos from YouTube using the DSM-520?

The customer using a WMP 11 already and he could play other web tv programs like Google tv using the Active TV Online with his DSM-520 MediaLounge except for Youtube. Is this normal? Because he mentioned that looking in http://www.dlink.com, YouTube was part of the listing of The Active TV Online for DSM-520. The firmware was already updated. He had no issues with the device it's just that he can't play live videos through YouTube using the DSM-520.

Is he able to goto the YouTube channel? Does he just have an issue playing the Videos? It seems YouTube has changed the format of video and many device's are having a problem playing back some of the newly added videos but older ones will play still. Try searching a video that is known to have been on there a while and see it that will play.
