Title: Moving from a 323 with RAID 1

Is it possible to move my Mirrored drives to the 343 without any data loss?

Is it possible to move ANY drives from the 323 to the 343?  I was just assuming i could do this with my non-RAID drives, but configuration of the "new" volume seems to require a format.  Has anyone gotten around this?

I moved some drives I had here and it worked no problem but I cant guarantee it will for everyone also it is not recommended use but it did happen to work Ok. However I did not leave it like this so I don't know any potential issues.
