Title: BitTorrent causes hell on wifi 802.11n
Post by: CadErik on November 21, 2008, 10:22:12 PM
I was trying to watch a show through 802.11n (the server has a DWA-552 card and 1.21b05 firmware), while on my home server I had a bittorrent client. The streaming was working like hell, I looked at the stats on the router and there was an insane amount of errors on the wifi. Then, I turned off the bittorrent and oh surprise 0 errors on the wifi and the streaming works like a charm.
Any chances a future update of the firmware could cure this?

Erik.

QoS enabled and the lowest priority configured for BT?
