Title: Unsupported Format error.......

Why is it that I goto play a .avi file and once and while it will come up "Unsupported Format"???
I hate this, and the .avi file plays fine on the computer just not through my DSM 510?
Would love to solve this problem........and when are they coming out with new firmware for the 510, I believe there are enough issues to have a new one by now??
