My current situation is I have an XP PC in the basement with a 3Ghz cpu. My 50" 1080p plasma is upstairs. Currently, no wired ethernet. Draft N is in the house, I could drill a hole for GB Ethernet if I have to.
What's the best sol'n to view 720p and 1080p MKV movies on the plasma? Should I go with the DSM-750 solution, or is a PC a better option.
Thoughts?
