Could anybody tell me when the DGL-4500 will be available in Ireland? I've been looking online and its only US stores that have it stocked.

You should still be able to find someone to ship you one.  VAT or not it is worth the effort.

thx for the reply Lane, however after a bit of research yesterday I decided to go for the DIR855 as it supports 2.4 + 5GHz at the same time the DGL-4500 doesnt so it was an easy choice :), it is available here

no worries.  I think the 4500 is worth it for me still.
