PLEASE HELP!
I have an installation on Friday morning! My DVG-3104 status light just continuously flashes. Cannot get an IP address. No Other lights...
Any ideas???
Brand new out of the box!!!!

It is possible that the unit may be defective. However, you can as well eliminate the possibility of the Ethernet cable being defective by swapping the current cable with a known good Ethernet cable. If the problem persists, call our dedicated Voice Center support line at 1-888-404-6262 for further assistance.
