Title: hard drive not found????!!!!!

Hi all,

I just got myself a dns323 and two 500Gb hard drive.  :D

When I access the web gui, there's no option given to me to format the hard drives as raid 0 or 1?
Using version 1.05 and 500Gb hard drives are WD Green. My fren's hitachi 500Gb also not detected too.  >:(

Tried the follow:

Tried rebooting and it still says hard drive not found

Tried swapping in either slot (left or right slot) in dns and can't get the hard drive detected.

The hard drives (my 2 500Gb and my frens hitachi ) tested under win xp are okay before inserting in the dns323

Any suggestions other than returning the dns323 or hard drives?   :'(

Do these drives have partitions on them already?  If so, delete them before putting them back into the 323.
