Title: Can we edit Website Filtering Message?

Want to be able to edit the message dlink puts out when a user hits a blocked webpage.
I don't want it to be obvious that it was blocked by the router.

The page is: forbidden.shtml

No, that is not possible. You can block sites through OpenDNS but even those pages will be clearly recognized as 'blocked'.
