Title: DNS-323 with lexmark 8300
Post by: rtgrichardson on January 04, 2009, 10:40:53 AM
I tried hooking up my 8300 to the DNS-323. In the DNS-323 admin under the Status tab the printer is correctly identified under the Printer Info section. My printer drivers installed correctly also.

After sending a print job to the printer it queues up but nothing happens. The printer doesn't move a muscle nor does it indicate that anything is being spooled. When I peer into the print queue through Windows the job is in the state of "Printed". I can't cancel it. To get rid of the job I need to go to the DNS admin and clear the print queue--after that it I can see it gets deleted.

I've rebooted the 323 a couple of times and refreshed and all that. Stll nothing.

Is this an issue with Lexmarks or all printers? I have an HP 1020 I am going to test with as well.
