Title: Power Supply Module?

Anyone know what is up with the lack of stock for the DSN-030 power supply modules?

We've had one go bad, and went through 2 months of back and forth with D-Link RMA to just have the module replaced (as opposed to the whole DSN unit). The one they sent has gone bad as well, and we'd like to purchase an extra one to cover the waiting time before we arrange to ship this one out.

All the stores I've called say its back ordered with no ETA.

I'm hoping for a response here so I don't have to call D-Link RMA. *winces*

InterHmai,

You should be able to receive a  replacement power supply by going through Business class support and let the agent you speak with know you have a bad power supply. 877-354-6555
