Title: USB storage connected through sharepoint slow

Can anyone comment of the speed of a USB storage connected through sharepoint as opposed to a direct connection to a USB port. To me it seems much slower.

Router CPU's are not as powerful as PC CPU's... USB on router is not a direct connection, needs to be translated to ethernet packets. So it's no wonder the connection is slower.
