Title: How to fix my BT on firmware 1.06 thoughts?
Post by: mrwinky on January 08, 2009, 12:18:01 PM
So I picked up the 323 about a week ago, put in a 1tb drive in the right slot. Proceeded to use it np, bought a second drive slapped it in slot 1, it formated it. Everythings good, except for BT not working (server error) so I tried to install it from the Easy Client, looked like it did, but still same issue. So I thought I would try to delete the BT folders and nas_prog folders on both drives and try to reinstall it. Well I can not delete the nas_prog directory (told me its in use) now from what I gathered off of here is I should be able to delete it (using 1.06 firmware) since I can't I'm guessing my only option is to

A. reformat both drives (really dont want to do this)

B. reflash older firmware (1.05) use web server to try and deleted the folders. But I'm a little scared that this might reformat (or screw up the drives) and there is really no guarentee this will allow me to install the client again.

Any thoughts

Winky
