First off, I'm not that great with technology so I don't really know any of the terms.
Anyways, I can't connect my iphone because the password doesn't work. When I tried to change it, I couldn't log onto the router (the Admin + Blank didn't work)
I've had people tell me to do a factory reset, but what do you do after that? Do I have to reconfigure everything again?

after you reset the router, and log in, go into Setup/Wireless and make sure the Cipher security settings are set for WPA or WPA2 and set the cipher type to Auto or TPIK and AES. It should connect after that.
