Title: "Failed to install SXUPTP" error while trying to install on XP Prof 2002 SP3

Just got DIR-825 Rev B. SharePort from CD failed to install on my laptop with error "Failed to install SXUPTP"
Downloaded PC SharePort Utility 3.0 - same error..
No any errors in Windows application or system logs.. so I have no idea where to look else :(
Any help will be very appreciated!

are you logged in as Admin?
