Title: problem with update firmware

Hi, I have a problem with update firmware.
Using SmartConsole Utility I update v.2 to v.3
Product Name DGS-1216T
Firmware Version 3.00.17
But, v.4 can't install(http://i053.radikal.ru/1102/ae/c5db775d50d4.jpg)

I have this message every version firmware
DGS-1216T_D1_Firmware v4-00-12.hex
DGS-1216T_D1D2_42011.hex
DGS-1216T_D1_FW v4.10.02
DGS-1216T_D1_FW v4.10.06
DGS-1216T_D1D2_4_21_B03.hex

what to do to fix it?
 ???

Hi,

I think you have a revision C1 model, which can't run v4 firmware:
