Title: Is it possible to turn NAT and Endpoint filtering off?

My network is set up in the following way..

DSL-320B
      |
Linksys E3000  192.168.0.0/24 Subnet A
Static Route 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.100
      |
Wan Port 192.168.0.100 DIR-655
      |
DIR-655     192.168.1.0/24 Subnet B

I am unable to browse by IP any machines on Subnet B from Subnet A and suspect this is due to the NAT and the Endpoint filtering within the DIR-655. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get around this. any help would be appreciated.

You can't turn NAT-off only change endpoint TCP/UDP in 3 step

Thats pretty much what I thought, and becuase of that this isn't going to work.
