Title: Music On hold volume

Is there anyway to adjust the music on hold volume that is built into the RP unit.  We are getting compliants that the volume is too loud.

Sorry, there is no way to adjust the hold music volume currently.

If the music volume can't be changed, you can always try using a  music on hold system with adjustable volume: http://www.marketonhold.com/music-on-hold-player.html
