Title: TV user access without passwords? - Panasonic VIERA issue
Post by: the_beaut on February 21, 2011, 09:58:59 AM
Hi all,

Have recently bought a D-Link DNS-320 and have set it all up fine.  Playstation can connect and play movie files no problem.  However, when trying to access it via my Panasonic VIERA TV (G20), it can see the server and the folders but then when I select the Movie folder I am denied access.  The tv doesn't have a username or password, could this be part of the issue?

There is nowhere to set a password up on the TV.  I am able to view shared media on my laptop via the TV.  Also, the playstation never asked me for a password or anything when accessing the same folder on the DNS-320.

If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful.

 :)

the viera tv work with win7 mediacenter, and xbox and wd tv live work with DNS-320.
