I have an IP phone in the house that's an extension from a business in another state. When it works, it gets its IP address from the router, then connects to the office automatically.
We replaced an EBR-1310 (wired-only) with the WBR-2310 to pick up wireless functionality, figuring this would be the "low fuss" option to keep the existing functions and services working at full efficiency. (Better the devil you know, etc.!) Everything else transitioned just fine, but not the VOIP. The VOIP is occurring on a wired connection, so we didn't need the wireless for that ...
Any tricks or settings changes anyone can suggest?

I am using NetTalk VOIP device and put it in DMZ zone on the router and fixed it. I have found that sometimes lower the DHCP Lease Time helps keep the device alive also.
