Title: Access to the USB port on DNS-320

I've just set up my DNS-320, but I can't access the USB port. The manual says that there's a latch that a push will open, but I've shoved everything and no latch has opened. I'm probably missing something - can someone please explain how it works!

There is a small lip on the bottom left hand side of the front panel (the one showing the blue LEDs). If you pull down it should slide open. There is a USB port and a One-Touch backup button located there.

Thank you - by "pull down", I had to use quite a lot of force!
