192.168.0.1 wont open

How about trying 192.168.1.1?

Is your PC getting an IP address on the network card? If it's getting an IP address, it will also display a Gateway IP address, this is the address of the router your connected too on the pc. It should be 192.168.0.1 by default if you did a factory reset on the router.

i dont know alot about computers- firefox wont open the website, so what do i do

Is there a friend or neighbor that might be able to help you out. I wish could remote in to your system but I don't think I can. I'd need your PC and router all connected and working. Is your PC connected to the router at this moment or is it direct to the ISP modem?
