Using a DIR-655, does anybody know how to create a firewall rule to block all dns requests except to specific servers?

Being a Home-Class router, I don't think you can do that specific of a rule.  Would need more of a Enterprise-Class one to do that.

Go to Advanced Access Control, add port filter rules. You need to block port 53, used by DNS, every IP except the one you want.
