Did you re-enter all of your security information into the adapter setup properly? You may have to reset the router to factory defaults and start over if that has been done correctly.

Setting up your network adapter is done on the computer through Windows Control Panel. How you get there depends on what flavor of Windows you're running. Make sure your computer is attached to the router by a cable, then go to control panel and open Network Connections for XP and choose the adapter you use. If in Vista or Win7, go to Network and Sharing Center, then change adapter settings. Again, choose the adapter you are using. Go to Properties. Make sure you have the necessary services you need, normally Client for Micorsoft Networks, File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Netowrks, Internet Protocol Version 4 and/or 6 depending on your service. The go to the properties of Internet Protocol Version 4 and make sure that it is set to have the IP address and DNS set by the router. Save this. If you don't get a connection after the Save, reboot and see if that does it. Once you have a connection, go to the router setup (default is IP address 192.168.0.1) and check your setting there. If you still can't get a connection, you may have to reset the router to factory defaults by pushing the small inset button on the back and holding it down until it resets (usually about ten seconds).

Are you trying to connect wired or wireless?

Either way the Laptop network settings should be set to Obtain IP address automatically. You can uncheck the IPv6 for that protocol. Leave the others checked. The router can hand off any IP address and the LT should get one automatically. You an also set a static reserved IP address as well in the router so your LT always gets the same IP address.

If your trying to wirelessly connect, Make sure the routers WiFi is set up. I recommend Single mode G or Mixed G and N to begin with. You might leave Security disabled to test to make your the LT gets a connection. Then go back in and set WPA or WPA2 is recommended. Use Auto Cipher or try AES only if your LT will support it.

The cipher options are in the routers WiFi settings. I'm hoping that if you can set the WiFi temporarily to OFF and leave the WiFi open, that your LT would connect to the router and get an IP address from the router. Once you establish a connection, then you can go back and turn on the Security. Using WPA or WPA2 with a Cipher security type to Auto or AES.

If your PS console is connecting wirelessly then I might presume something on the LT is not correctly configured. Your LT might have it's own Wireless setup utility for the adaptor installed. Some people use Windows Wireless Zero Configuration utility, however sometimes it better to use the Mfr utility if one is installed. Intel, DLink and others have this.

If you connect the LT wired, does it get an IP and connect to the internet? Making sure your other connection works here.
