Title: How to increase the RAM on DNS-321
Post by: karmaboy on March 10, 2011, 06:05:25 PM
I recently purchased a DNS-321 and would like to increase the built-in RAM memory before starting to use it. Any suggestions?

"Any suggestions?"  Yeah, don't unless you are good with a soldering iron.

Have a look at the picture of the insides of the DNS-323, which think would be about the same.  I will leave it to you for find them memory chip.

Not possible and it would surely void your warranty coverage.

Thanks. It looks like there are two NT5DS16M16CS-6K chips, each with 32M memory, but even if I find same (physical) size chips of higher capacity, there's no guarantee that they will be recognized and used.

I'll stick to what it has for now. Thanks for the pointers...
