Title: Set up help needed

First of all I am just ignorant re: networks.  I have the DAP 1522, a  DIR 655 and a network ready printer.  I want the printer to be independent of any physical connections with either the router or any computer.  I am supposing the 1522 needs to be in bridge mode, but beyond that it is not at all clear what I need to do.  I am using the wireless router solely to disseminate internet connection with various PC's and would prefer not setting up a formal network if that is possible.
