Title: DFL-800 guest clients can't access vpn-servers on Internet.
Post by: birger on March 25, 2011, 07:34:42 AM
Hi

We are using a DFL-800 as a router to Internet.
The WAN side is connected to Internet and on the LAN side we have a 192.168.0.X net.
Our problem is that the guest computers on the LAN can't access their VPN-servers through the DFL-800.
The guests are using all kind of VPN connections so I need to allow all that kind of communication.
I guess there is some rules I have to set to make it works but I don't know which.

Is there anyone how can point me in the right direction to solve my problem?

Thanks in advance. /b

Depending of the type of vpn you might need to create some ip rules with the vpn services and protocoles.

see : service named pptp_suite, ipsec_suite, there must be some for l2tp and l2tp over ipsec.

just create a new service group with these service inside and then create the ip rule that will use this new service group.
