Title: DFL-800 Compact Flash
Post by: paco on March 29, 2011, 05:08:23 AM
Hi all,

I have, recently, acquired a second hand DFL-800 and I've found that system does not boot correctly. When in console it says the system cant load 'hda1:fwloader.cfx'  I have removed the CF (a 128MB Transcend), backed up the files and passed a file system check. During the file system check, several errors were found.
Since the CF is FAT16 formatted, I've tried to reformat it and put back the files in, but the DFL-800 is still not booting . I've tried to replace the fwloader.cfx with the one from factory.def (which is a tar file) with same results...
   Any help/suggestions?

I will really appreciate a 'dd' image of a working CF (I have the LICENSE file).

Thanks in advance.
