Title: HDD Migration to 320

Has anyone migrated to the 320 or 325?  Or any other NAS storage for that matter?  I'm interested in the newer devices because they appear to support way more options than the 323.  I'm curious if a migration means having to format the drives. 

Also, is there any discussion about firmware upgrades for the 323 to support web server, dlna, etc..?
