HELP.. Tech support has been useless (level 2 to call me in 20 min) been 2 hours..I use IP address for server and a confirmed working shared file..and nothing....Any ideas please:{ The tech support said for the file name use \server\file but you cannot use back slash in the file spot..AHHH
Camera set up video and audio all good just the record
Windows 7, Dlink router
