What ISP do you have DSL or cable?
What ISP Modem do you have? Built in router or stand alone modem?
How are you connecting? Wireless or Wired?
What devices do you have connected? How are they connecting?

Is the router setup for PPPoE?
Turn off ALL devices accept for one PC.
Do a factory reset of the router.
Ensure Primary and 2ndary DNS is being auto filled in under Setup/internet/manual.
Disable Advanced DNS Service.
Enable DNS relay.
Try changing WiFi modes from Mixed to Single mode G to test.
Make sure all cables are in good condition and proper.
